At Stine's Bracelets I mostly sell macrame bracelets, some times there are also different bracelets on sale.  I do also have some key chains, however, as the name says, it is all about the bracelets.  The prices normally do not go higher than $6 and the shipping is very low - therefore, at Stine's Bracelets you are able to get high quality bracelets for a low price!

If you want to know more or want to see more of the products you can check out these sites:

Introducing "Kara's Chains Jewelry"

I'd like to take this opportunity in between Craft Shows to introduce you to our Talented Artists. The Craft Show is still going on, you can check it out anytime. =)

So what do you make?

I make things from Chains!  Primarily chain link Jewelry, but I also have things in other mediums but they all have chains as a base.

How did you get started?

I was introduced to chain maille by an old friend about 15 yrs. ago.  I love crafting and experimented with it a great deal over the years.  I found a whole world out there in chain maille jewelry so that’s where I made my dive.

How long have you been crafting?

I have been crafting since I was 8.  Crocheting was my very first craft.  Clothing design is my passion.

Where does your inspiration come from?

My inspiration comes from everything around me.  I love looking thru the eyes of my children.  They always see things in such a free and imaginative way.  I enjoy finding something and making people see it completely different.

Tell us something about yourself (something you don’t mind anyone knowing).

LOL I would love to be talented enough to be on project runway!

What else would you like to share?

Creating makes me feel alive, the energy and freedom of expression is very healthy for the mind.  A good day of imaginative work tends to be a great stress reliever.

What advice would you share to someone wanting to get started?

Always believe in yourself, don’t worry about what other people have to say.  If you have something that you like to do there are 1 billion people out there and there is bound to be others out there that like it to.  Always be willing to be different you can always create your own niche’.

Introducing "Wigg It Out"

I'd like to take this opportunity in between Craft Shows to introduce you to our Talented Artists. The Craft Show is still going on, you can check it out anytime. =)

So what do you make?

I make custom wigs for people living with medical hair loss through my company, Wigg It Out.  I also make fashion hair accessories like fascinators and hairpins as well as hats, turbans, and head covers.  Some of the fun services I offer are hair extensions and hair feather installation.  I don’t make medical wigs exclusively, anyone who wants a spunky, custom and totally individualized wig is welcome!

How did you get started?

I got started after I was getting fed up with the wigs, hats and accessories available for people with medical hair loss.  I’ve had medical hair loss for over 7 years and I never really found wigs or head covers that fit my spunky and fun personality.  I had the great idea to fill that gap with great, handmade Canadian products and Wigg It Out was born!

How long have you been crafting?

I have been crafting since I was very young, I started out learning how to sew and moved onto making vests and stuffed animals.  I come from a very creative family and I grew up around arts and crafts.

Where does your inspiration come from?

I get my inspiration from different colours, textures and materials.  If I see a great fabric I instantly try to think of all of the different ways I can turn it into an accessory or a great hat.  With my wigs, talking to clients really helps me get an idea of what kind of beautiful custom creation to get working on.

Tell us something about yourself (something you don’t mind anyone knowing).

I have had all three types of alopecia over the last 7 years and I always remember the humbling and challenging experiences that brought me to where I am today.  I still have alopecia, and probably always will, but I will not let that stop me from being the vibrant and creative person that I am!

What else would you like to share?

Wigg It Out is a company that is very close to my heart and I always strive to provide the best for my clients.  Medical hair loss is a very personal experience and everyone deals with it differently.  Me, I decided to start something creative and empowering and it has been a great time since I launched.

What advice would you share to someone wanting to get started?

Just start!  It is very easy to get caught up in the planning phases of a crafting business but the best decision I ever made was to get started and take the steps to start selling.  Another huge one is to always be able to ask for help, your network is full of talented and caring people.  Let them help you achieve success.

Introducing "M's Handbags N More"

I'd like to take this opportunity in between Craft Shows to introduce you to our Talented Artists.  The Craft Show is still going on, you can check it out anytime.  =)

So what do you make?

I make upcycled handbags, wallets, and accessories to help everyone to have the chance to go green in style! Old magazines are my main material of choice, which I use folded pages weaved together to create my purses and clutches. I also enjoy upcycling old T-Shirts I find into handy, reusable bags. However, I am always looking for new material to try to create with and new designs for using magazines!

How did you get started?

I started selling my items online after having the desire to share my designs with others. After having a rather free summer last year, I got hooked back on crafting and thought that selling some of my products could help with the expenses of college. Since crafting was something I love to do, opening shop to sell my creations was very exciting to me.

A few of my favorite items!  :)

How long have you been crafting?

I have always been interested in crafting. I can remember as a kid always coming up with something to make being beaded jewelry or decorating picture frames. I have always been on the creative side and love to have the chance to show my creations off.

With a statue of one of my favorite animals, penguins, and sporting my very own T-Shirt bag(they are so useful for everything....one of my favorite items)!

Where does your inspiration come from?

It comes in many forms. For example, one of my newer magazine purse designs (decorated with magazine triangles) came from seeing the circle flap purse design that is popular nowadays and the inspiration for my math clutches came from me running across an old math book I had and a light bulb going off that I could use it for a new upcycled woven clutch design.

My sister and I styling some tie dye T-shirts I made for the 4th!

Tell us something about yourself (something you don’t mind anyone knowing).

I'm from a small town working on my business administration degree. I love the outdoors and having time with family and friends. When I'm not busy with school or work you can find me enjoying time with those wonderful people or with my adorable basset hound Max :)

My boyfriend and I on one of our hiking adventures.

What else would you like to share?

Just that I love getting to know others interested in crafting, so please shoot me a message anytime if you have questions or comments about any of my items or just to say hi!

My basset hound(I had to dress him up for Christmas, haha)

What advice would you share to someone wanting to get started?

To always keep your head up. Sales might not come as quickly as you like, but you just got to hang in there and stay positive.
